Malini,
      Several years ago I received an annotated bibliography that was
compiled by Richard Delgado and Jean Stefanic.  It was sent to me by Ann
Reyes of the University of Michigan.  It was published in the University of
Colorado Law Review (copyright 1995).  It is quite extensive. Also there is
the reader, "Critical Race Theory: The Key Writings That Formed The
Movement", edited by Kimberle Crenshaw, Neil Gotanda, Gary Peller, Kendall
Thomas published by The New Press also in 1995. Hope this will be of some
help.
