Subject: kureishi


I wrote a piece of Buddha of Suburbia that came out in two places--both
probably hard to get. One is in the collection titled Reading the Shape of
the World edited by Henry Schwarz and Richard Dienst. the same piece with a
few revisions was published in a volume of ZAA studies called Hybridity and
Postcolonialism. It was a special issue on 20th century Indian lit. Spivak
has a short section in her essay that came out I think in a collection
called The Lie of the Land . I also know that Bart moore-Gilbert is
publishing a book on Kureishi that should be out next march in England.
