Lawrence Phillips was approached by Jouvert to republish the essay
there, and I have agreed under certain conditions. So I've asked
Lawrence to post the poco list informing people about when it'll be
appearing there. It therefore seems somewhat superfluous to post the
essay on the list too. Rather long, too, I'd think, for such a venue. You
agree?
