Yes it was.

Yes and yes. Louis, Doug and Scott put in a proposal for a list, though
this proposal will be reformulated given the imminence of
marxism-international, and the difficulty of distinguishing their list

Jerry, the least of things in a discussion such as this one would be if
you at least assumed others (such as myself) were being honest.

As I've said, we're looking for projects, ideas that people have as to
how to use cyberspace for discussion of marxist issues. When people
submit proposals or ideas that are similar, we try to get them together,
so they can join forces.
The most part of it at the moment (again, as I've said), is working with
Zeynep, Jon and Louis on the one hand, and whomever from marxism2 on the
other; this hasn't left all the much time for encouraging and talking to
people proposing ideas for other lists as yet. Hopefully, however, I can
get on to that soon.
Anyhow, Jerry. I am reasonably prepared to go through the minutiae of
what I and the other members have been doing in and for the construction
of this marxism space. However, your basic assumptions of good faith
would be appreciated: at present your attitude is rather one of tireless
prosecution counsel.
