Subject: Down with m2



I think m2 should be abolished.

Theory should be discussed in an environment where it is brought
down to earth from time to time. This improves the theory itself.

It is impossiblke to discuss anything at all on m1 at present.
If a low(er) volume, high quality list is established, then 
any useful discussion which does occur n m2 should happen 
there, not in some ivory tower called m2.

Spoons are right to link the abolishing of m2 with the abolishing
of m1 - the reason / excuse for m2 dissappears when a low(er)
volume, high(er) quality list becomes established. So long as m1
is the only alternative to m2, the reason/excuse for m2 maintains
a certain validity.
