For a 3-liner I think one could do a lot worse than this.
It doesn't outline strategi and tactics. It doesn't say
socialist revolution is indispensible, the need for a
party of the bolshevik type etc. etc.
But it does state that workers should manage their own
affairs. And I don't think it takes a long argument to
say that this includes the running of society as a
whole.
When workers begin to manage their own affairs then the
rest is a short step.
So as a point of departure for further debate of
*how* workers can get to manage their own affairs I think
this is very straight forward and comprehensible for
everyone.
