Was it Marx or Lenin (or both) who said (to paraphrase): "one can not
judge a person by the words that they describe themselves with any
more than one can judge a book by it's cover"?

It matters little that you don't describe yourself as a Stalinist *if* you
*are* a Stalinist.

The healing process can only begin when people take responsibility for the
actions that they have accepted or excused.
