Mistake about simple facts again - not so uncommon with Bob M.

Jan Myrdal and Gun Kessle are *not* repeat NOT adherents of
the ideology of Marx, Lenin and Mao Zedong and haven't said
they are either.

Previously, Jan M. did play a certain positivie role as
bourgeois left-wing writer, a similar one, I think, to that
of Noam Chomsky in the USA. I actually met him once, at the
annual meeting of FiB/Kulturfront in Lund in April, 1994
and i.a. told him that I had used some good stuff he had
written in 1976 about (and against) the 4-Gang in China  
(he was actually there when they were sticken down and saw
how much this pleased the people in the city he was in)
against some people who said they were supporting the PCP
(meaning, Mr T.P. whom by then I already had on the hook as
a phoney - see other postings.)

But this thing *supporting* Deng's fascist suppression of
the Chinese people is pretty rotten of course. It's not
really my business whether they should be kicked out of
the Pen Club or not for such a thing. I'd be against
kicking them out.
