The recent summit between Chinese leader Jiang and Phillipines leader
Ramos climaxed with the two leaders uniting in a rousing if somewhat
roucous (sp) English language rendition of "Love Me Tender". Can you hear me
asking, in my best Mr. Rogers voice, "can you say "obscene jouissance"".
Elvis is, as Mojo Nixon once said, everywhere. He is in some people more
than they are in themselves.
