Subject: US Using Weapons of Mass Destruction

It was eerie listening to Bush today crying for a budget of
75 Billion US. He was saying that this enemy was using
weapons which could kill thousands of people, but at the
same time I have a book open  which has this paragraph:

"An estimated 100-120 thousand Iraqi soldiers were killed
during the Gulf War, about one-half during the 4-day ground
war and one-half during the preceding allied bombardment
(Barnaby, 1991). In comparison, 343 coalition soldiers died,
including 143 deaths through noncombatant accidents
(Barnaby, 1991). An additional 49-76 thousand Iraqi
civilians died, about 15 % of these during the coalition
bombings and the ground war, and the rest during the war's
aftermath of an Iraqi civil war (Barnaby, 1991). A further 2
thousand Kuwaitis were killed or are missing and presumed

It is pretty clear that the US is using weapons of mass
destruction which will make it impossible for the people of
Baghdad to be able to obtain humanitarian aid during this
war. So far in excess of 2000 civilian casualties in
Baghdad, and billions of damaged to buildings.

The US has a dedicated dislike of working within the United
Nations and over the course of 50 years, the US has
deliberated worked to de-stabilize the general political
economy of 79 countries along multiple illegal and immoral
pathways. The US has not found any 'weapons of mass
destruction' but chooses to use it's own weapons of mass
destruction (it lies on TV about the collateral damage as
though it was 'unintentional' but one US spokeswoman said
that this is a 'tragic and inevitable' fact of modern US
lead wars).

Killing civilians is against the Geneva Convention (common
article 3) and the US is quilty of killing civilians.

The US claims that it is innocent of these crimes,
suggesting that once these WMD are found, that they will be
forgiven. The US Government is saying that 'criminal
negligence' and 'manslaughter' and even 'premeditated'
murder of innocent kids and parents is acceptable morally
and legally.






Here is a recent example of Malthus' Thomistic Philosophy
(Social Darwinism) by the notorious former World Bank Chief
economist and US Treasury Secretary Lawrence H. Summers:

 "I think the economic logic behind dumping a load of toxic
waste in the lowest wage country is impeccable... because
foregone earnings from increased morbidity" are low. He adds
that "the underpopulated countries in Africa are vastly
underpolluted; their air quality is probably vastly
inefficiently low compared to Los Angeles.... "
