Thanks Matthew,

Mid-30ies will do. ('Beying') Texts like these, on th o/o distinction. or the
essentialy ambiguous character of the as-structur, abound. This one
directly adstructs my statement that the od is something metaphysical.
I admire Anthony (like Iraq) sticking to his position, he has the right though
to know that it is kamikaze what he's doing.

If one would really take seriously Nietzsche, and that means history,
in the history-less USA, where justice and democracy could grow in
glass houses, one would forget about all these libraries full of books
and read Juenger's Arbeiter, that would be something. Seeing how
the bourgois world with its ranks unconditionally surrenders to
the Gestalt des Arbeiters, but meanwhile keeps on formulating the
new in terms of the old - also Heidegger's 'lot' in BT, so that
the world, reality, is meanwhile already so far in advance that
conscience cannot hold up with it. Surely not with help of the old logic.
That's why, just after the SA-flirt, it had to be broken. But nobody
cared what he was doing, and after ww2 they only cared for their
own conscience in this sick-sick-making self-righteousness, that is
going on till now. We're gonna pay for that, and not a little price.
It looks like nothing, writes H, the negligence of philosophy after
Aristotle,
after Hegel, after Nietzsche. The world seems to go on just as easily.
It does, but suddenly, one day, the bill is presented.
Thinking one could just throw Heideggers Juengers and Schmitts away!
Quoting them, "Heidegger in his grand opus writes", always till a certain
point, from where on they are treated suddenly little children, "here modern
developments have surpassed Heidegger". Bunch of faggots. And what a
supramild compulsion on the side of H! I don't know how long it will take,
but a complete re-evaluation is going to be inevitable.

sorry Matthew, thanks again. Heidegger in the thirties has made numerous
comments on BT, there is also going to be a complete volume 'remarks to BT'.
The illusion of a Californian pragmatic restriction to the 1st half of BT must
also be shattered, not without accounting for its achievements. If one begins
with Heidegger, one will have to follow, there is no choice in the matter.
Then, AFTER that, perilous choices will abound, and THEN there will be no
authority to lean on.
