Everyone, and especially Anthony,

Hiedegger does provide a definition of the ontical and the
ontological in Being and Time. Roughly the ontical is the
study of entities and their facts. The definition is
complicated though because Dasein is explicated
ontologically by the ontic....much like Hegel's 'being for
itself and being for another.'
