Well, I am sure you could, but no thanks.  The difference I see nowadays, is 
that there is a global outcry against war.  War, says, the world population, 
is no longer an appropriate cultural practice.  We have finally realized that 
war doesn't work.  Of course the political 'leaders' will need some lag time 
to catch up with the people, but it seems to me that they will have to in the 
near future. Enjoy your war Anthony, it may be one of the last two or three
