Thanks for taking the problem up - as a problem of
these days - as _our_ not Heidegger's problem, as
Rafael so justly pointed out in one of his mails.
The way you formulate the problem takes it away
from what Heidegger did when and where, and towards
his thinking - and indeed it is his thinking, and
the way it may influence us today - that is at
stake. In fact it is the only thing that is of any
interest to us today. Biographical details only
indicate that there may be a problem with this
thinking.
You'll hear more from me on the subject beginning
next week.
