I don't see that this makes much of a difference. All you are saying is that
if one does not know German, then it is extremely unlikely that one is going
to come to any understanding of Heidegger. This I find to be quite
suspicious. (Mind you, I'm not saying that one should not keep a German
dictionary handy, have a good understanding of the philosophical context
within which Heidegger is working, read what others have written on him, etc.)
