Sorry to say I haven't read the book yet, but I've thumbed through it
in a bookstore. The author seems to be doing good work. The
discussions, though, appear to be for the English reader who is new
to the context, not someone who has been specializing in issues of
the public intellectual in Germany. 

By the way, the email system dropped the umlauted 'u' in Mueller.
