Subject: Voodoo economics & Sri Lanka

  AN EARLY ALERT on Reaganomics, then known as Voodoo Economics,
  arrived in 1982 in the ^̉Boston Globe^̉ newspaper. Quoted on March
  10th and 16th, the Republican Party^̉s Mark Lincoln Marks said:
  
     "The time has come to stop this massacre." The belief of
     the President and his close advisors" has blinded them to
     the wretchedness and suffering they are inflicting" on
     anyone "other than those fortunate enough to insulate
     themselves in a corporate suit of armor."

  A year 2001 Internet report on Sri Lanka suggests that Voodoo
  Economics, or the 24-year 'Open Economy^̉ model of IMF social
  engineering experiments, ravages civil society by inducing a
  'war of each against the other.^̉ The sugar-coated IMF drug
  pill was designed to be swallowed whole by local business
  and promote debt-inducement for international loan-sharks. The
  report next considers the effect of the IMF push of the island^̉s
  business towards serving private, globalist loan sharks
  essentially now as levy-collector for sales tax and duties.
  
  The report also discusses the restoring of previous normality to
  the country, an island nation like Haiti. It brings out the
  record of General Colin Powell who negotiated a rebel
  administration out of Haiti in two weeks and returned to office
  its elected government without a hostile shot being fired in
  contrast to the two decade record of Sri Lanka^̉s general staff,
  now deeply mired in a risen firmament of local clan rivalry.

  Gen. Powell is U.S. Secretary of State and an accompanying letter
  adds more on language as a cover for internal clan politics much
  like voodoo long served the Du Vallier clan as cover in Haiti.
  The letter is addressed to Ashley Wills and Jon Westborg, U.S.
  and Norwegian ambassadors respectively to Sri Lanka.
