Hi all,
I agree except that I think the whole of the email you're replying to
should be retained (with all the others cut), so that one can see the
full context at a glance, and not just the selective quoting of the
respondent. (Some folks don't supply any context at all, which means
that you have to look up the original if you want the context.)
