etc, about consumers, what they need, FCC etc.

Btw, lets open a thread about what we know of "Rohrpost" or "pneumatic
dispatch" in cities. The "pneumatic dispatch" of Paris is somewhere in
the net. Dont know if some existed in NYC etc, maybe between some buildings.
The only still working I know of, some years ago, was that of Prague, 400
subscribers or so. There was a system in Berlin used for city government
things until 1990, anything, that is known in literatur ? Proust and the
Paris ring. Pavel Kohut describes the Prague ring in wartimes, I heard.
What phascinates me most is that there was allready packet switching in
pneumatic dispatch, like in the internet. Did you see that Hedy Lamar and
Gearg Anteil got some price for innovation last year, spread shed spectrum...

Antists and technology: There is Robert Rauschenberg in Cologne and somewhere,
they showd two movies from the sixties, A Rauschenberg piece with tennis
rackets, microphones and Orvin Fahlstroem, I dont remeber the title but it
