Who do you imagine is looking for leadership? The "poor folk" don't want
these prescribed notions of the same -- and I appreciate that it's a big
pill to suddenly swallow: Ironically, you may have already succeeded in
some fashion/degree despite yourselves; and there's maybe no way for you
to allow yourself to see it... -- I'm being very generous... it must be
this California sun... 

(Politically, we need to re-establish the division between policy and
administration.) 

So Saul, what courses do you teach? And how do your students
respond/participate?
