Yes, yes , yes we can all agree on this  but then again plattiudes get us
no where  because we can all agree on them, there is a big difference
between the values of a culture and a society and their exercise -- the
question is not to complain but to figure out how to impliment such ideals
so that  they are productive rather than merely something nice to say or
the means to make us powerless in the face of those who do not believe them
