My guess is that you are valourising the
(radical?)liberal side of the split by taking its lack
of traditional class politics as some sort of implicit
critique left critique of anti-imperialism and other
features of the 'traditional' radical left. However, I
can't really comment further until I have some hard
evidence to comment on - why don't you post some
docuemnts from the movement you talk about? If you had
a discussion/planning list, then some emails from the
archives would be good.
