_Revolution Betrayed: Selected Writings on Marx, Keynes, Capitalist Crisis
& New Social Subjects 1867-83_ (London, Red Notes, 1988). Note also the
subject and content of Toni's earlier essay (in 1971) on "Crisis of the
Planner-State: Communist and Revolutionary Organization" in the same
volume.
