hey carp not sure if you got my email but there's a
different link posted to a much better quality piece
of the video than the crappy one i posted earlier at
www.ogrish.com. go to:

and download that one. i suspect that may be a
duplicate of the one posted on the islamic site. i say
this because the sound and video quality is better
(the other one lost quality due to file compression at
least in my designer professional opinion).

in this video the guy is clearly moving at 1:30 into
it and then later on especially right before they slit
his throat. you can also see him close his eyes. when
they're slicing you can see the blood pool growing and
when they finally lift his severed head you can
clearly see the blood dripping from it. note when i
saw clearly its much more so than the smaller file but
we're not talkinghdtv here. this video which is a
larger file (5 mgs) is much clearer and i think points
to him being alive with his movements, the blood pool
and his eyes blinking.

all of this is interesting so to speak but the time
discrepancy is still there and i think it was left
purposely to point to US involvement and or knowledge
of either directly or through as you suggest
mercenaries.

ali makes a good point though tat the u$ mostlike
control the internet there. therefore they probably
knowingly let the video through as a distraction from
their obvious guilt in the prison abuse. 'you know we
fucked up but man those arabs are even crazier and if
you don't believe us check out the video.' plus it
shows arabs are not backing down against the
imperialists so it's a good recruitment tool for the
american 'let's go kill every one of those towelheads'
attitude which seems to be becoming stronger.
