okay admittedly i'm not the brightest person on the
planet and i could think up that scheme. do you really
think they're THAT dumb? i mean we all insult the u$
gov't. that's commonplace but the CIA is pretty sneaky
and twisted. i mean if they're really that dumb then
we must be all geniuses.

i'm not saying i'm right. far from it, i'm just
speculating. though i think roger's explanantion is
pretty good too. i'm just trying to look down all
plausible avenues. 

the time signatures though. i can't get that out of my
head. if it is as simple as roger suggests why the
time discrepancies? they're really suspicious. if it's
just a simple recording the time would remain
consistent no?
