I'm a non-voting Anarchist myself, in a country where voting is in theory compulsory. But I'm thinking of going back on the electoral roll. And I have always thought that Anarchists make too much of the non-voting thing. The problem is not the vote itself but the voting mentality. If people can really vote in a detached way, for the tiny amount of good or greater-evil-avoidance that their vote can achieve, then my present view is that they should. The problem is that with voting comes a feeling of attachment to the politicial process and ones "own" party and so forth. If the rpice of voting is that you are in practice lost as an Anarchist then it is not worth it. _jeremy Find local movie times and trailers on Yahoo! Movies. http://au.movies.yahoo.com
