It should.  Louisiana's cajun/creole population has been in the backwaters 
for a long time--since right after the first Treaty of Paris in 1763 when 
they fled the Labradorian and french colonies of Canookland to get away 
from the, well, brits. Their recipes rely on local river/bayou food and 
spices like chile peppers and crawdads.  Those are native american as are 
60% of the wirld's choices to eat.

Oh, I always figured the "united" part of the UK was a boast anyways.   The 
only time they'll ever be truly "united" is after the merger with the US is 
completed.   Notice who isn't going with the Euro?   They don't want those 
extra pounds either.  What they really want is something more stable, like 
a greenback dollar bill.
