Following the passage of the 14th Amendment the Supreme Court ruled (in
Wabash v. Illinois, 1886) that states could not regulate railroad rates. The
result was corporations being granted the same rights as persons. The
problem with trying to reverse this is that we're dealing with the 14th,
which granted blacks protections. Any challenge would be called racist by
the corporations, diverting attention from the real goal. For more see
