Riots generally do serve a purpose;but perception is everything, ain't it?  I gots Goater and nonGoater relatives in Cincy and they say total, universal conflagration would be a improvement.  But then, Cincy be an odd place, so that's to be expected, neh? 

My opine is if I'm armed and some Gestapo dude (CNR) arrives to put me outta the game I got choices: a) stand there and let him shoot me; b) run away and let him shoot me; c) shoot back and mebbe get shot in the process.  I know, if you're dead it don't much matter how you got there, but my Roma disposition hates giving freebies, doncha know.
