Not long ago, Elise and I just heard the very sad news about Pady 
Blackwood, and then just saw Hobey's post.   Pady was a dear, dear man who befriended 
us when we first joined the Puppet Guild of 
Greater New York in 1979.   We sat down with Pady several years ago and did 
a video history with him that should be available through the P of A 
archives.   He had a long and fascinating career.   After he moved to Orlando, we 
had the good fortune to see him whenever we came through Orlando.   He will 
be missed.
