Subject: [Puptcrit] HR4040 toy testing


I have started the process of testing Peepers and it will wipe out a
good part of this years profits.  Seems unfair to the little gut but
the penalties are sobering.  The worst hit is from  phthalate test
which is $500 for every color variation of ring or eye.  This isn't
going away so I'd advise anyone selling toys to get on it.  e-mail me
off blog to get info. fines are hefty.
