Golden Harvest cellulose wheat paste. Its cheapish, safe and the bugs (here 
in PR there are many kinds) won't eat the mache

I need to get my hands on wallpaper paste, but I cannot seem to find the non
toxic type I need.
My hands don't like pesticides and fungicides.
