Hi Mark,

Hard to see in the photo, but if you look closely just behind the leg you 
can see part of the  control rod.  The rod controls his mouth.

The body  skins are all cast out of latex rubber and the eyes are cast in
resin.  I am using Duro brand super glue to attach the fur.
I will  be attaching the wings on him tonight and they also will be made out
of  fur.  To get an Idea of size, he can stand in the palm of my  hand.

Did not catch this from the start, is this for stop motion? as  you state it
fits in your
 palm or do you plan to use cabling to manipulate it?
