Subject: Looking to Connect with LA Puppeteers
To: puptcrit-AT-lists.driftline.org

Hello!

Jim Bowen  here of Philadelphia based Bowen's Puppets. I am in
LA for three months exploring the puppet scene here. I am anxious to
meet with other puppeteers and see what is going on in and around
LA.  I plan on doing quite a bit of street performance and book
some gigs during my visit. Anyone know about any guild meetings coming
up in the area? I am considering moving my company here and operating a
traveling theater as well as doing workshops and residencies. Any help
on connecting with different arts councils and organizations would also
be helpful! Thanks!

Jim
