What is needed is a Union of Professional Puppeteers, you gain  entrance from
  another members recommendation that you fit the professional  standards of 
the
 Union.
  Commercial and Educational clients would select from the list  knowing they 
will
 Receive a performance of the highest caliber.
 The non members still have other venues available until they reach  the pro 
status
 to join,  No one is left out, non-pro and pro alike all  have their venues, 
no toes are
 stepped on
